Press Reader Downloads
If you are using a mobile device, such as a laptop, tablet or smartphone, it is better to use the Pressreader app (application). This has the benefit that you can download magazines or newspapers to read later, when you are not connected to the internet - saving the possibity of using up all your internet allowance!
First you must visit your app store (Google, Apple or Microsoft), search for "pressreader" and install the app.
To register, you must:
The process of selecting items is as before, but you should now see below each item a downward-facing arrow... clicking on this will download the item onto your device so you can read it at your leisure... To browse the items you have downloaded, click on the "download" icon at the bottom of your screen.

- Open the pressreader app
- Click on "Sign In" at the top right of the screen
- Click on the "Library or Group" icon (the orange card)
- Type "Bristol" in the search box and click on the Bristol icon when it appears
- Type in your library card number, then type in your email address and a suitable password and click on "Sign In"
